INTENDED USE
The line is used to wash and calibrate cucumbers in the process of pickling.

STRUCTURE
The line allows washing and calibrating cucumbers in a way so that the cucumbers are pickled divided into fractions. This allows pickling the selected amount of product. The line consists of:
- Air-water washer with brush
- Spoke elevator supplying the cavity line calibrator
- Cavity line calibrator

The line can be additionally expanded in a package tippler, selective conveyor, automatic product weighing system, acid pickle batching machine or different devices.

EXECUTION
Cucumbers can be batched manually or with the use of a tippler (option) to the loading chamber of the brush washer. Three brushes are in the chamber which wash the dirty product by rubbing it. During the wash the product is simultaneously shifted in the direction of the dripping conveyor which empties the device and pours it into the hopper of the feeder supplying the cavity line calibrator. The sorting elements are special chains with plastic heads. The special displacement of the chains allows to sort the raw material in a "thickness"-to-length ratio. The sorting machine can be divided into three, four or five independent sorts. The sorted raw material after being passed through a "loop" of the chain falls down to the dump from which it is placed in a bag, barrel or a different package where it will be pickled.
