INTENDED USE
The device is used to wash open packages in production lines of agricultural-food processing plants or branches such as: fruit-vegetable, meat, poultry, fish, concentrated food and other.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The device consists of:
- Two plate feeding devices
- A cleaning fluid wash or contamination blow off assembly
- Supporting structure
- Operation with an automatic washing process

The cans should be manually or automatically unloaded on the receiving board (option), which supplies the conveyor of the washer. This conveyor is made of two plate conveyors situated opposite each other. Those conveyors catch a package and turn it upside down. During this action contamination such as dust, paper cuttings, etc., are blown off and washed.

EXECUTION
The device is made of acid-proof steel and plastic safe for food. All the elements of the device are available to a precise wash, the surfaces of the elements are smooth and the constructive profiles are closed and rounded. Most of the connections are welded connections and supportive materials such as greases or oils cannot have a contact with the product.
