INTENDED USE
The device is used to separate light contamination (leaves, stalks, etc.) from soft fruits.

STRUCTURE
The aerial separator for frozen fruits consists of the following main elements:
- A vibrating feeding device PW 0,8/1,5 - 2 EW
- A fan
- A charge chute
- A sieve
- A dump chute
- Chute tubes
- A bearer frame

A raw material is passed to the vibrating feeding device through a modular elevator and then it is passed to the charge chute. Fruits fall down with a strong stream of air which lifts contamination and directs it to the disposal tube. Cleaned fruits fall down into a sieve and they are directed outside in a dump chute. The device has a threefold degree of regulation of the air blow-in intensity, which allows adjusting parameters of its operation in such a way, so that the cleansing effect was as best as it can be.

EXECUTION
The device is made of acid-proof steel and plastic safe for food. All the elements of the device are available to a precise wash, the surfaces of the elements are smooth and the constructive profiles are closed and rounded. Most of the connections are welded connections and supportive materials such as greases or oils cannot have a contact with the product.
