FRUIT AND VEGETABLE HYDROTRANSPORT DEVICE

The device is divided into two parts.

The 1st part receives the product to be transported in a water stream.

The process is carried out in pipes placed over other machines at a distance of 100-150 m.

This allows you to save space in the production hall.

A walls washing system prevents the product from settling.

The 2nd part is responsible for:

– separation of the product from the water

– feeding it to the rest of the production line, e.g. to a blancher

The water separated from the product, after passing through the pre-cleaning section, returns to the first machine.

Thanks to the closed cycle, water consumption is kept to a minimum.

– no damage to the product during transport

– the possibility of transporting fruits and vegetables in whole or in pieces, e.g. peas, cauliflower and broccoli florets, cut beans, whole and cut root vegetables – carrots, potatoes, beetroots
