The drum calibrator, depending on the type of drum itself, is designed for sorting frozen fruits and vegetables according to their diameter. It can also be used for fresh or frozen mushrooms, e.g. champignons. The diameter of the perforation determines the size of the sorted product. The perforation can also be of different sizes, according to the customer’s requirements. Depending on the individual needs, it is possible to adjust the drum speed and the angle of its operation.
