DRUM-KNIFE PEELER

The device is used for continuous peeling of tuberous vegetables such as potatoes, beetroots, or celery, which have previously undergone washing and destoning processes. The device can be used as the first element of the root vegetable line.

The peeled vegetables fall off the chute at the front of the machine to the next part of the processing line. The peelings fall off the chute under the machine to the bin or to the receiving conveyor.

The final product looks just like a hand-peeled vegetable.

The use of many knives in the machine is perfect for peeling large amounts of vegetables. Efficiency reaches even 600-700 kg/h.

For higher capacities, it is possible to install a vegetable polisher in front of the machine. This way of positioning guarantees high efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the process.
