The device is used for weighing frozen fruits and vegetables packed into collective boxes, so-called “octabins”.

The packaging is placed on a roller conveyor with a built-in scale, and is automatically transported under the flap conveyor, or another one, depending on the customer’s preferences. Then the package is filled up to the desired weight, according to the entered recipe.

After completing the weighing process, the packaging is automatically transported by a roller conveyor to the buffer station, where it waits to be picked up by the forklift operator.

The great advantage of this device is the possibility of obtaining maximum efficiency, while reducing the work of forklift operators to a minimum.
