The machine is a specialized device for washing plastic spacers used for the transport of jars etc. on pallets.

Dirty packaging is inserted by an employee at the entrance of the device into steel guides, where it is picked up by a transport chain equipped with flights.

The first step is basic washing. The spacer enters the main washing section, where it is sprayed by a set of lances equipped with nozzles – they are adjustable in all directions, which allows for adaptation to the specific type of dirt.

It is possible to install automatic detergent dispenser. Additionally, in order to obtain the proper washing efficiency, the process water can be heated in the tank.

Adjusting the speed of the chain conveyor makes it possible to change the time the spacer remains in the washing chamber, and thus the effectiveness and efficiency of the process.

The device works in a closed water circuit, which is very economical.

You can combine the machine with a spacers drier, which will result in even more comprehensive cleaning.

The capacity is 400 to 600 pcs/h.
